The 2018 growing season was a viticulturists dream! Near-perfect fine conditions persisted throughout the region from mid-December all the way through to the end of harvest. The resultant fruit produced wines of exceptional flavour, and robust acidity
Our 2018 Chloe is bright yellow in colour, with a golden hue. The nose is a mosaic of springtime complexity- with Fragrant honey suckle and chamomile mixing with the fresh pop of grapefruit and Meyer lemon. Subtle notes of apricot tarte tatin complete the picture.
The palate is opulent and refined – expressing abundant orchard fruits, subtle notes of roasted hazelnut and toasted oak, and precise acidity. The maritime influence of the region shines through with a slate-like minerality that whispers of the ocean.

Wild rice and forest mushroom risotto, with white truffle.
