The Watson Family invite you to join us this coming Sunday the 7th April at Lamont’s in Cottesloe. For a celebration of the vintage to come and the brilliant ones of the past.
Lamont’s have created a five course menu, paired with eight wines – drawing inspiration from the 2016 vintage. Join us for a lunch from 12-3pm or a dinner from 6pm. We will also be showing a pre-release of our 2017 ‘Clémentine’ Cabernet Blend.
Broad bean bruschetta and parmesan paired with:
2017 Wilyabrup Valley Chardonnay
Tempura whiting, shaved fennel and lemon with:
2018 Woodlands Brook Vineyard Chardonnay
Beetroot tart and chèrve paired with:
2016 Cabernet Franc and 2016 Wilyabrup Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot
Chicken, pancetta and caramelised eggplant paired with:
2016 and 2017 ‘Clémentine’ (Pre-release)
Lamb kofta with pistachio and sumac yoghurt paired with:
2016 ‘Margaret and 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon ‘Russell’
